Dominion Cleaning Company uses Nextiva, a business phone and messaging platform, to communicate with clients via phone calls and SMS text messages. The following terms apply to all phone and text messaging communications:
Opt-In & Consent
By providing your phone number to Dominion Cleaning Company — whether through our website, booking system, or directly — you consent to receive text messages from us related to your service. This includes booking confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages after a clean, replies to your inquiries, and cancellation or rescheduling notifications.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt back in at any time reply START or contact us directly.

No Sharing of Phone Data

Dominion Cleaning Company is not liable for damages, data breaches, or security incidents that occur within third-party platforms outside of our direct control.
6. Access Instructions & Home Security
Any access instructions provided by clients — including door codes, lockbox combinations, or gate codes — are used only for the purpose of completing scheduled services. This information is shared only with the assigned cleaning team and is not stored beyond what is necessary for service. We do not retain physical keys and do not store access information long-term.
7. Data Protection & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect client information including secure storage of contact information, limited access to sensitive data, employee confidentiality requirements, and the use of encrypted third-party platforms. While we strive to protect client data, no system is completely immune to risk. While we implement reasonable safeguards, clients acknowledge that no system can guarantee absolute security.
Arrival Window Notice: We provide estimated arrival windows for all appointments. These windows are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, or operational needs. Arrival time variations do not affect the privacy or security of client information and do not constitute grounds for refunds or service disputes.
Photo Documentation & Marketing Use: Our team may take before-and-after photos for internal documentation, quality control, and proof of service. We make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing personal items, identifying information, or individuals in any documentation photos. Marketing use of photos requires written consent, which may be provided through a signed form, email, text message, or booking system checkbox. Verbal permission is not accepted for marketing use.

Clients have the right to:
